The Second Session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)  and the Second Session of the 14th National People’s Congress (NPC)  were closed on 10^th Marchand 11^th March respectively. The three representatives from ZZU-- Academician Li Peng, NPC deputy and President of ZZU, Academician Wang Fuming, member of the CPPCC and professor of the College of Water Resources and Transportation, and Professor Shan Chongxin, member of the CPPCC and Vice-President, returned with honour.
