Recently, Tanzanian Ambassador to China Hamis Omar and Minister Plenipotentiary Elphonse Mwakasege visited the school, and they were accompanied by theofficersof the Asian and African Division of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Provincial Committee. Hu Shaowei, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of the school, met with Ambassador Omar and his delegation. Liu Jiaqi, director of the Geothermal and Ecogeological Research Center and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, andofficersfrom the International Exchange and Cooperation Office (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office), School of Ecology and Environment attended the meeting.
